Our Story
Breva Roastery is the first artisan specialty coffee roastery and tasting room in Pirot and the wider region.
The name “Breva” comes from the wind that blows in from the south and brings a change in the weather. That is exactly what we set out to do — to change the way people in this part of the world experience and drink coffee.
Breva grew out of a passion for the science of roasting, a transparent supply chain, and the wish to give Pirot a place where coffee is not just a routine, but a ritual.
